Working in the unique overlap of brand design, spatial design, user experience, marketing and business strategy, Justin ensures that each project is fully future-proofed and designed to last. He seeks to add extra value for his clients while also ensuring a positive impact on people’s lives and the environment.

Through unpacking the unique audience needs, brand requirements, cultural context and site specific constraints of a project, Justin converts project challenges into powerful opportunities for his clients. He realises the unique ambitions of a project right through to delivery, ensuring no preconceived ideas or trends muddy the waters.

Leading the Design and Wayfinding sector, as well as the visual identity for Warren and Mahoney, Justin specialises in brand strategy and design, environmental graphics and experiential designs.

His experience as a Design Research lecturer at AUT University is testament to his proven strategic design processes and specialty in creative research. With a focus on listening, his approach to design involves client consultation, global benchmarking and iterative design development.
