Most recently, Gareth has led the customer experience strategy and design for major Australasian brands Cardrona Alpine Resort, National Australia Bank, Spark, BNZ and ASB.
Since the project’s inception seven years ago, Gareth has led the design process of the internationally-recognised Service NSW programme for the NSW government (case study below).
Working throughout Europe, the Middle East, India and Australasia ensures that Gareth brings global best practice to his projects, built up over 20 years in the industry. Such internationally inspired innovation has contributed to his award-winning approach.
A strategic, research-led understanding of how customers interact with all touch-points in both virtual and physical environments allows Gareth and the Warren and Mahoney team to design memorable experiences that resonate with the end user.
While his design is centred on the end user, connecting research outcomes to tangible ROE and ROI for clients while future proofing the physical design, is a focus.
Gareth joined Warren and Mahoney in 2009 and was appointed Principal in 2010.
