The Landmark draws inspiration from contemporary urban life that is reflected in the design of this iconic sculptural tower.
Located in the lower north shore suburb of St Leonards, Landmark Tower enjoys expansive vistas of the world renowned Sydney harbour and CBD skyline.
Tipped to be one of the tallest towers north of the CBD at 43 storeys, the complex comprises a mixed use commercial, retail and residential development, accommodating 455 luxury apartments.
The undulating organic form of the tower has been inspired by the harbour’s shifting moods. Reflecting fluid lines awaken memories of gentle winds and light across the surface of the water beyond. Predominately glass in materiality, it offers a unique beauty to the traditional heavy masonry rectilinear towers that currently dominate the St Leonards skyline.
The Landmark’s proximity to the CBD, transport, entertainment precincts and major dining venues encourages a true ‘live, work, play lifestyle’ that is only found in major global cities around the world and sets a precedent for integrated urban design and social uplift.
Warren and Mahoney was awarded the executive architect role, working in close collaboration with designers A+ design group to seek DA approval, and will progress the design through tender and construction phases.
