Stanley Street Apartments

The Stanley Street apartment building builds on the Collingwood context to create a substantial and sculptural form for inner city contemporary living. The project delivers 43 new apartments to the Melbourne residential market in one, and two bedroom formats, each with its own character and interior design.

Architecturally, the design utilises substantial materials – primarily a dark coloured brick facade, crisp glass framed in steel, and timber batten detailing to deliver a powerful street presence. This is a deliberate departure from much of Melbourne’s current residential work and reflects the client’s desire for a more substantial market offering.
