Warren and Mahoney created a series of captivating visualisations to sell the story of Commercial Bay. A ten-minute video talked through the best-practice, futuristic thinking that informed the project. Stills and renders helped secure leases and win over stakeholders. A virtual reality tour of the precinct offered a first hand experience of the project, resulting in wider audience engagement and showcasing key opportunities to potential tenants. The result is a suite of emotionally-engaging, realistic communications tools that vividly realised the project's design.

Commercial Bay represents a wide range of ‘firsts’ for New Zealand. Never before has a single project brought together so many transformational elements – from public transport, international retail and world-class workplaces, to far-reaching urban design and sustainability outcomes. It is a destination for retail, food, entertainment and commerce. It is an axis for our bus, ferry and new City Rail Link infrastructure. It symbolises a new Auckland, confident on the world stage.
