Warren and Mahoney created a suite of visualisations that guided the design process. World-class renders and virtual reality tools sold in stakeholders and brand managers. Animated diagrams strategised the flow of traffic – both human and automotive – across the floorplate. Testament to the exacting detail and care applied to the project, the built outcome dramatically mirrors its original rendered concept.

119 Great North Road sets a new standard for the New Zealand automotive industry. Its luxury car showroom, corporate offices and workshops collaborate across nine innovative floors. Internal ramps allow customers to drive into three curated brand experiences, and straight onto the street in their new purchase.
