Tim is a Heritage Specialist, and is an affiliate member of the International Council of Monuments and Sites (ICOMOS NZ). He has 25 years’ experience working with heritage buildings, and 20 years working as Principle Heritage Advisor across a number of projects.
Tim is a highly skilled project architect working across multiple sectors including civic and heritage buildings, health and education. Tim has been part of award-winning teams including the recent delivery of the Christchurch Justice and Emergency Services Precinct and the Christchurch Arts Centre. He has most recently been appointed Project Architect on the Christ Church Cathedral reinstatement project.
Tim is an Accredited Homestar Practitioner and is passionate about sustainable practice, reflecting his love of the natural environment. A motivated and tenacious member of the design team, Tim has vast experience leading and managing teams toward the completion of complex projects.
Outside work Tim can be found walking the many tracks in the South Island or cycling in the velodrome.
