Tim joined Warren and Mahoney in 2011 with over 15 years' architectural experience in New Zealand, Australia and London. Prior to joining Warren and Mahoney, Tim worked with a number of small creative firms where he was given the opportunity to work on locally and internationally recognised award-winning architectural projects. His early career working aboard in highly creative and collaborative studio environments has informed his approach on how architecture can be produced in New Zealand.
Tim’s design philosophy centers on the notion that architecture is the result of a highly collaborative process involving a rigorous analysis and understanding of the brief, the client, the project context, and building technology – often resulting in solutions that are unique and unexpected.
