Thomas joined Warren and Mahoney as an Associate Principal in our Sydney studio and as the firm's Group Urban Design Leader. Offering deep expertise in urban design, masterplanning and place-making, his skills are of value, particularly in project origination, strategy, and planning.
With two decades of urban design experience, Thomas joined Warren and Mahoney following a five-year stint at Hassell and has prior experience leading the Sydney Urban Design discipline at Woods Bagot. He has also worked with Angelo Candalepas & Associates, spent time in the UK with Zaha Hadid Architects, and was the Founding Director of the Urban Land Institute's – Urban Innovations Competition. He remains on the Board of the Urban Land Institute Sydney District Council.
Thomas brings a deep understanding of New South Wales' planning and development frameworks and strong connections to the local market, providing the exciting potential to assist clients with integrated, complex and city-shaping projects of scale.
