Shane believes it takes a team to achieve the best project outcomes; working collaboratively and communicating successfully at all levels. He personifies the ethos of technical excellence and willingly shares his knowledge and insights to others. He has played an instrumental role in providing technical expertise to several of our most complex projects. Shane conducts himself with a deep sense of humility and adopts a very collaborative approach to his work.
