Associate ChristchurchNic joined Warren and Mahoney in 2004 after completing his Diploma in Architectural Design at the Design and Arts College of New Zealand.
With 16 years’ experience at Warren and Mahoney, Nic has developed a strong grounding in producing documentation, contract administration and project observation.
Nic’s architectural experience includes involvement in wide range of projects such as educational facilities, sports complexes, healthcare facilities, cultural facilities, commercial buildings and high end residential work. He’s been heavily involved with producing high quality construction documentation with strengths in resolving highly complex junctions within project timelines.
Nic’s skill is in delivering and maintaining the architectural intent throughout the project from the developed design stage right through to construction observation.
