Megan's diverse portfolio of work spans large-scale education, health, retail, commercial, residential and justice projects across Australia.

Megan is dedicated to creating humancentric, sustainable spaces and is highly regarded for her ability to coordinate large consultant, engineering and building teams from concept design through to construction, as evidenced on the Melbourne Conservatorium of Music project. She communicates and engages with user groups, government and private clients and stakeholders to ensure exceptional quality, time and cost outcomes.

Megan is recognised for her leadership, management skills and ability to foster interaction between design, consultant and construction teams. Throughout the project Megan will act as a champion for the design, working collaboratively with the team to find innovative solutions and protect the integrity of the design intent, carrying her detailed focus through to construction detailing

She enjoys the demands of collaboration and coordination across multidisciplinary teams on large projects. Megan has focused on leading cohesive and integrated design teams, including consultants and contractors, to achieve project design deliverables and objectives.

A mentor and teacher to younger team members, Megan has been a tutor at RMIT for 6 years. She enjoys the challenge of teaching, encouraging students through the process of design to apply rigor and research to their schemes. Teaching also challenges Megan to continually develop and hone her communication styles, to ensure that each student gets the most out of each class.

Megan brings the experience and strong technical expertise needed to deliver bespoke and technically complex spaces.
