Iain joined Warren and Mahoney in 2002 and was appointed Associate in 2011. He has 27 years of architectural experience practising both in New Zealand and in the UK, where he was accepted as a member of the British Institute of Architectural Technologists.
Iain brings an attention to detail to any project that he is involved with and has been a key member in the project team for a number of award winning projects in New Zealand including the acclaimed Isaac Theatre Royal and a series of fast-track earthquake recovery and renewal projects at the University of Canterbury. Prior to this Iain has had strategic roles in the design of Christchurch International Airport, Karori Library and "The Spring" retail development in Kuching, Malaysia. He has also developed an expertise in environmentally sourced timber species which has helped maintain Warren and Mahoney’s position at the forefront of this field in New Zealand. Recently Iain’s focus has been on a leadership role for the new Christchurch Convention and Exhibition Centre.
