Holly is an Associate and Senior Interior Designer with over 12 years’ international experience in customer experience, retail and workplace design sectors. Her design and project management skills, combined with her ability to coordinate stakeholder groups, consultant and client teams, ensures that her projects adhere to programme, budget and quality design outcomes.
During her time in Australia, Holly managed the delivery of a large-scale customer experience programme for Service New South Wales’ service centres. She then led the delivery of the highly successful Fisher & Paykel Retail 2.0 experience centres internationally upon her return to New Zealand in 2015. Since re-joining Warren and Mahoney, Holly has led teams in the design and delivery of a number of workplace design and customer experience projects. Most notably has been her role as key client contact and project lead for ASB’s nationwide network brand and future state design. Holly’s excellent communication and organisational skills have been vital to the successful management of this fast-paced, complex multi-site programme.
Holly also plays a key operational role within the practice by facilitating resourcing programmes. She was appointed Associate in 2017.
