Gier has 20 years' of interior design consultancy experience with an extensive portfolio that spans across the Asia Pacific region

Prior to her move to New Zealand, Gier was an Associate with Woods Bagot Malaysia and Singapore where she was project director/lead designer in charge of major consultancy projects in Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand. During her time at DB&B Singapore and Malaysia, Gier was the country design director for opportunity/lead management and account planning as the KL office was ramping up its operation in Malaysia.

With a focus on corporate offices and hospitality design, Gier enjoys every aspect of her projects from inception to construction implementation. She values a pragmatic approach to design which encompasses the consideration of aesthetic, user experience and materiality.
