Associate Principal AucklandGabrielle is a Senior Interior Designer with 17 years experience across a range of sectors. Throughout her career she has developed a strong technical understanding of buildings as a whole.She specialises in workplace strategy and design, with particular focus on aligning business strategy and objectives with user experience and wellbeing outcomes for staff. Gabrielle undertakes a cross-disciplinary approach to design to ensure that a finished space is future-focused and reflects the identity and needs of a business and their people.
Gabrielle has recently completed a graduate diploma in psychology at the University of Auckland. The focus of her research was on organisational psychology, including workplace experience and wellbeing outcomes in unassigned workplaces.
Gabrielle’s experience includes workplace strategy and organisational psychology research, workplace design, higher education facilities, cultural institutions, exhibition design, and residential design including, high density housing, and private residences.
