Divya joined Warren and Mahoney in 2015 and has over ten years of professional work experience.

Since joining Warren and Mahoney, Divya has experience in commercial, retail and residential work and has worked on key projects such as the 90 Devonport Road and the Wynyard Quarter Innovation Precinct projects - Mason Bros., 12 Madden, 10 Madden, N.Cole and Site 6.

A registered architect, Divya is passionate about the built environment and the community. She has recently completed her term serving as co-chair of the non-profit organisation Architecture+Women-NZ, who advocate for visibility and inclusiveness for all those who work in the field of architecture.

Divya has had hands-on building experience by participating in the A+W-SGA workshop which involved picking up the tools and physically building a community facility on Kaikoura Island.

Divya was awarded Emerging Designer by the Designers Institute of New Zealand in 2021, and is a finalist for Young Achiever of the Year at the Property Council People Awards in 2021.
