Our Christchurch studio is seeking a Finance Administrator to become an integral part of their accounting team.
This role provides a full credit management service that meets the needs of the Warren and Mahoney Group of Companies, including having responsibility and accountability for the collection of debtors across the practice, liaising closely with the Auckland operational finance team and assisting Principals in the resolution of account queries and outstanding overdue accounts.
You will be working with the Chief Financial Officer to assist the practice in delivering strategic projects ensuring the highest level of efficiency and effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience demonstrating:
- Credit control / reconciliations
- Accounts payable / receivable
- Strong communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Accounting software skills including an advanced knowledge of Excel
