The DINZ Best Awards were hosted on Friday evening at Auckland's Spark Arena. Held for the 21st consecutive year, the Best Awards is the largest design awards programme in the Southern Hemisphere. This year's awards attracted over 1200 entries from New Zealand and Australia, across nine individual categories of design.

Warren and Mahoney was proud to receive 15 design awards across four spatial design categories. Four of our architectural graduates were also recognised in the student spatial categories.

“Design contributes to a resilient, thriving economy – a contribution we calculated in 2017 at over $10 billion annually. Recognising and celebrating our design champions is important so that we don’t take this contribution for granted", says DINZ CEO Cathy Veninga.

Warren and Mahoney’s Managing Director John Coop applauded all who were involved in delivering the winning projects.

"We are incredibly proud to have been recognised across such a diverse range of categories and projects. These awards inspire robust conversation, highlighting the importance of delivering exceptional built outcomes for both our clients and our communities. Congratulations to our clients, partners and all involved in these incredible projects."
