Warren and Mahoney welcomes new leaders

Warren and Mahoney has boosted its senior leadership team with the appointment of two Principals.

Tom Hayley

Hayley Fisher and Tom Locke have been promoted to Principal roles within the practice, further enhancing the depth and expertise of the leadership team.

Hayley joined Warren and Mahoney’s Christchurch studio in 2012. Since joining, Hayley has been involved in several high-profile projects, including the Lincoln University Masterplan, the University of Canterbury Law Building, the University of Otago Medical School and Rolleston Town Centre Library and Community Centre.

Hayley is a qualified architect and urban designer. She has a deep understanding and passion for the tertiary education sector and is a key member of the Christchurch studio leadership team. Hayley demonstrates outstanding people skills and has a positive influence on the culture in the Christchurch studio through her mentorship and guidance.

Hayley is looking forward to taking on this next challenge. “I am excited by the opportunity to provide further leadership within our Christchurch team. In this new role, it’s my goal to continue strengthening connections with our learning communities and working with our clients to create spaces that enhance wellbeing and reflect their unique identity.”

Joining Warren and Mahoney nine years ago, Tom Locke has taken on multiple leadership roles reflective of his capability and experience, including the leadership of the Bridges and Infrastructure sector and as a member of the creative leadership team in the Auckland studio.

Tom has been integral in a wide range of commercial, residential and infrastructure projects. Most notably, Tom was Project Architect for the Waterview Connection, widely regarded as New Zealand's most ambitious and complex urban transport project and winner of multiple awards in New Zealand and internationally.
