Warren and Mahoney has been appointed by Newhope Group and VIMG as executive architects for The Landmark Tower in St Leonards.
Designed by A+ design, the building has 43 levels, comprising mixed use commercial, retail and residential. The 50,000 square metre tower will be one of the tallest and most beautiful residential buildings in Sydney.
Featuring fluid lines and undulating curves, the mainly glass building will truly stand out from the traditional rectilinear towers that currently dominate the St Leonards skyline.
Nicholas Bandounas, Principal, Warren and Mahoney Sydney is thrilled to have been awarded the contract. Bandounas and fellow partner Vish Kunjur recently joined the multidisciplinary architectural practice from Crone Partners.
