  • Be technically focused and have strong site observation experience.

We are seeking a talented Studio BIM Manager with a strong technical focus to join our Christchurch studio. This role is a key influencing and support role in the studio, meaning you will be working with and guiding a broad range of people and sharing your BIM expertise. It will be a varied, challenging and rewarding role for the right person.

The Studio BIM Manager position will:

  • Maintain and continuously update Warren and Mahoney’s BIM production drawing systems to be in-line with ever changing technology and industry trends
  • Provide complete documentation for schemes, proposals and projects to be built by Warren and Mahoney
  • Set up large projects and workflows to client requirements
  • Assist with presentation of BIM to clients and project stakeholders
  • Review, audit and report on project BIM deliverables including the federating project model files for design coordination
  • Deliver training, coach and guide staff, particularly in relation to inductions, workflow changes and software updates


The successful candidate will:

  • Demonstrate a full understanding of Revit at the user and administer level
  • Have experience in supporting and guiding others on BIM deliverables
  • Be solution-focussed and an excellent problem-solver
  • Be able to run, maintain and install BIM-related software and hardware
  • Demonstrate business vision in identifying opportunities for Warren and Mahoney
  • Have excellent communication skills

We are looking for an engaging and outgoing Receptionist to become an integral part of our team in our Wellington Studio to act as the principal point of contact for clients and potential clients, contractors, consultants, trade representatives and members of the general public. The role will be working closely with the Studio Manager to provide administration support as well as being across all hospitality arrangements for the studio which include catering orders and ensuring meeting rooms are tidy. The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes
  • Demonstrate a high level of communication skills both verbal and written and confidence to seek information from others
  • Previous administration skills would be desirable but not essential
  • Have demonstrated initiative and ability to work proactively
  • Be friendly, inclusive and adapt well to different personalities

We have a role for a talented Senior Visualiser to join our Auckland studio. You will become part of a tight-knit visualisation team working between studios. You will be working on a broad range of exciting projects including; civic, commercial, residential and masterplanning work.

The successful candidate will ideally have:

Essential Skills

  • A passion for visualisation
  • Visualisation experience
  • Creative flair
  • Be able to produce high quality architectural images and animation
  • Excellent eye for design, art, composition, lighting, photography and imagery
  • Computer skills – excellent knowledge of Autodesk 3ds Max and an in-depth knowledge of VRay and or Corona, Photoshop and the Adobe Creative Suite
  • At least five years’ industry experience
  • 3D modelling / texturing / lighting / rendering / post-production skills
  • Demonstrate understanding of context of market within which practice operates
  • Recognise client needs and understands what it takes to meet these
