We seek an energetic Submissions Coordinator to drive the development and execution of submissions, bids, tenders, and other client engagement collateral in Auckland.

We are seeking an energetic and ambitious Business Development Manager or Advisor to drive the development and execution of pursuit and market strategies in Wellington. Please note you can be based in Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch to carry out this role.

This is an exciting position, to join the fastest growing architecture firm in Australasia where the management of sophisticated and creative pursuits is required to create innovative service solutions for our clients. You will be working directly with principals, architects, and designers, as well as other members of a high performing business development team.

The role will suit a professional that thrives working on strategic and highly engaging bids, presentations, and capability statements, and that can also help manage client engagement initiatives and our professional memberships to ensure Warren and Mahoney is perfectly positioned to help our clients when tenders come to market.

This is a position of influence as a strategic partner and collaborator with Studio’s leadership team.

You will be responsible for:
  • Working with the Studio Leadership Team to drive business development initiatives and focus in the Wellington studio

We seek an ambitious Graduate Interior Designer who has the fresh, valuable perspective of a talented, emerging designer to join our growing Wellington studio.

You will work alongside established design leaders who will encourage and support you to develop your craft and give you room to make an impact. Your ability and drive to learn, innovate and deliver will be honed through access to high-quality projects with ambitious clients.

You will be responsible for:
  • Producing high-quality design work from concept phase through to completion.
  • Preparing presentations, material boards including digital presentations for clients.
  • Assisting the team as required with materials and FFE selections and sourcing and library organization
  • Assisting the team across all aspects of the design process, including project initiation, conceptual design and technical delivery phases.
  • Maintaining and updating drawing files and ensuring project milestones and deadlines are met.

Skills required:
  • Bachelor of Architecture or Interior Architecture or Interior Design from an Australian or New Zealand University or recognised equivalent tertiary qualification
  • Approximately 1-3 years’ post graduate experience
  • Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp and InDesign
  • Workplace sector experience a bonus

You will have an eye for design and demonstrate clear technical capabilities required to realise designs, including proficiency in Revit.
