We are looking for an engaging and outgoing Studio Administrator to become an integral part of our team in our Auckland Studio to act as the principal point of contact for clients and potential clients, contractors, consultants, trade representatives and members of the general public. The role will be working closely with the Studio Manager to provide administration support as well as being across all hospitality arrangements for the studio which include catering orders and ensuring meeting rooms are tidy. In addition, this role will involve providing PA duties to a Senior Principal.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Need to be versatile and flexible to manage a range of duties
  • Demonstrate experience working in administrative roles previously
  • Have strong attention to detail
  • Be very organised
  • Take initiative to find work – there is plenty to do!

As Receptionist, you will be the principal point of contact for clients and potential clients, contractors, consultants, trade representatives and members of the general public. The ideal candidate will:

We are seeking talented BIM specialists across a range of levels for a number of high profile projects including the new Dunedin hospital. These roles are key influencing and supporting roles across three of our Warren and Mahoney studios (Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch), meaning you will be working with a broad range of people and sharing your BIM expertise. The roles are working from BIM Coordinator level through to Studio BIM Manager. They are varied, challenging and rewarding roles for the right person.

The successful candidates will:

  • Demonstrate a full understanding of Revit at the user and administer level
  • Have several years experience in supporting and guiding others on BIM deliverables
  • Be solution-focussed and an excellent problem-solver
  • Be able to run, maintain and install BIM-related software and hardware
