  • 10+ years’ experience
  • Technically focused and experienced using Revit

About the role:

We seek an ICT Systems Engineer who is detail-oriented, proficient with technologies and hardware, and who flourishes in a fast-paced creative and technology savvy environment. Our people and market leading technology are central to our success. As Systems Engineer at Warren and Mahoney you will manage internal networks, servers, workstations, laptops and their associated suppliers, and will often need to do field analysis and maintenance work. You will work closely with the other 5 members of the IT team to identify technology developments, influence, design, test and implement new solutions and infrastructure to ensure stable and secure operation of our business.

You will be responsible for:
  • ICT development and support which includes evaluating user needs and system functionality
  • Ensuring smooth running of all ICT systems
  • Regularly evaluating and assessing the information systems requirements of the organisation, including planning, developing and implementing the ICT budget to ‘future proof’ the systems available at Warren and Mahoney within set timelines.
  • Ensuring the security of data on a daily basis from internal and external sources ensuring all software licenses are up to date and other compliancy laws are adhered to.
Skills required:
  • Experience in supporting a range of Microsoft products
  • 5+ years’ experience in a technology support role
  • A can do and inquisitive attitude
  • A desire to seek new challenges and progress within the firm
  • Proven problem solving and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good knowledge of network management including firewalls, cabling, intrusion detection systems, vulnerability remediation

About the Role:

We are seeking an engaging and outgoing Receptionist to work full time and become an integral part of our team in our Christchurch Studio.

As a Receptionist, you will be the principal point of contact for clients, contractors, consultants, trade representatives and members of the general public. The role will work closely with the Studio Manager to provide administration support as well as being across all hospitality arrangements for the studio which include catering orders and ensuring meeting rooms are tidy.

Skills / Experience:
  • Front of house / hospitality experience preferred
  • 2+ years administration experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes
  • High level of communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Initiative and ability to work proactively
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Be friendly, confident, inclusive and adapt well to different personalities

You will have a passion for and strength in design and project delivery with 3+ years’ experience in medium to large scale projects.

You will be responsible for:
  • Working collaboratively with your team across all project phases from briefing, space planning, concept, through to documentation and delivery.
  • Developing conceptual design thinking around the developing schemes and representing those ideas through sketches, visualisations and materiality.
  • Preparing developed design and documentation, working through design options and detailing Revit drawings and schedules
  • Keep abreast of development in design technology, techniques and trends.
Skills required:
  • Architectural / Interior design qualification or relevant experience
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience
  • A portfolio of work demonstrating experience and talent for commercial, retail and a strong hospitality design focus

About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to selected Principals, based in Auckland. This is a fantastic opportunity working alongside a talented team of architects and designers in a creative studio setting.

You will be responsible for:
  • Providing administrative support to selected Principals including managing diaries, travel arrangements and timesheets
  • Creating and maintaining client records and supporting the Principal’s with maintaining client networks
  • Providing project support including liaising with Accounting and Operations around the creation, maintenance and archiving of project records
  • Providing reception back-up and support to other Senior staff
  • Managing Client and Consultant agreements

Skills required:
  • 3 years minimum administration experience as an administrator/PA
  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Effective communicator at all levels

About the role:

We are seeking talented Architectural Technicians to join our Christchurch studio. You will be a key part of the team working on a diverse ranges of projects. This is an ideal opportunity for anyone looking to work for an award winning practice and be heavily involved in some great projects with long term career progression.

Skills required:
  • 2+ years’ experience
  • Strong skills in Revit
  • Technical skills that transform design ideas to detailed drawings
  • Experience in managing multiple projects
  • A high level of presentation and communication skills
  • An eye for detail
  • A tertiary qualification
