We are looking for a talented Health Technician and Health Architects to join our Christchurch studio to work on some large scale health projects.

The successful candidate will ideally:

  • Have 3-5+ years’ experience working in health sector projects
  • Be technically focused and have strong site observation experience as well as being able to produce drawings and documentation to a high standard
  • The successful architect will have a tertiary qualification in architecture and ideally be registered. Could also be an experienced Architectural Graduate working towards registration
  • Have strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Be proficient in Revit

We are seeking a talented BIM Project Coordinator with a strong technical focus to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing the BIM and 3D Revit coordination processes for multiple projects in the BIM sector for Warren and Mahoney.

The role will:

  • Receive and manage multiple model files
  • Coordinate all BIM Logistics
  • Facilitate project communication in and out of meetings
  • Facilitate reporting of coordinated areas with the project team
  • Meet with designers/owners as required to facilitate review of models as needed
  • Coordinate with BIM service providers and subcontractors as required
  • Compile contracted BIM deliverables for project close out and documentation
  • Review, audit and report on project BIM deliverables including the federating project model files for design coordination
  • Assist in delivery of training and coach and guide staff, particularly in relation to inductions, workflow changes, sand software updates


The successful candidate will:

  • Demonstrate a full understanding of Revit at the user and administer level
  • Have experience in supporting and guiding others on BIM deliverables
  • Be solution-focussed and an excellent problem-solver

The role will be working closely with our main Receptionist to provide administration support as well as being across all hospitality arrangements for the studio, which includes catering orders and ensuring meeting rooms are kept tidy. The ideal candidate will:

  • Demonstrate a high level of communication skills both verbal and written and confidence to seek information from others
  • Have a familiar working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes
  • Some previous administration skills would be desirable but not essential
  • Have demonstrated initiative and ability to work proactively
  • Be friendly, inclusive and welcoming
  • Hours from 10.00am-3.00pm

We are seeking a talented Studio BIM Manager with a strong technical focus to join our Christchurch studio. This role is a key influencing and support role in the studio, meaning you will be working with and guiding a broad range of people and sharing your BIM expertise. It will be a varied, challenging and rewarding role for the right person.

The Studio BIM Manager position will:

  • Maintain and continuously update Warren and Mahoney’s BIM production drawing systems to be in-line with ever changing technology and industry trends
  • Provide complete documentation for schemes, proposals and projects to be built by Warren and Mahoney
  • Set up large projects and workflows to client requirements
  • Assist with presentation of BIM to clients and project stakeholders
