We seek an energetic Submissions Coordinator to drive the development and execution of submissions, bids, tenders, and other client engagement collateral in Melbourne.

This is an exciting position, to join the fastest growing architecture firm in Australasia where the management of sophisticated pursuits is required to create innovative and creative service solutions for our clients. You will be working directly with principals, architects, and designers, as well as other members of a high performing business development team.

This position would also suit an architectural graduate who is not focused on practicing but is interested in pursuing a career in the industry from a commercial lens.

You will be responsible for:

• Coordinating the submissions preparation process from identification through to delivery and taking personal responsibility for driving high quality client focused proposals
• Creating engaging content, presentations, and collateral
• Adding to the creative culture of the studio
• Facilitating engagement with professional networks and memberships
• Maintaining a CRM database with proposal, organisation, contact and market intelligence

Skills required:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in communication, marketing or related field (preferred)
• 1-2 years experience in business writing and/or bid writing gained from previous employment
• Experience producing promotional and marketing material and/or submission documents
• Advanced skills using the full Adobe Creative Suite, and familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficient in InDesign (preferred), with technical understanding of typography, layout and document wayfinding/system-design
• Ability to write succinctly and persuasively with creative flair, high standards of accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience in a professional services environment (preferred)
• A passion for design and/or the build environment
• Experience using a leading CRM (an asset)
• Able to work collaboratively as part of a team and autonomously

We are seeking an energetic and ambitious Business Development Manager or Advisor to drive the development and execution of pursuit and market strategies in Wellington. Please note you can be based in Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch to carry out this role.

You will be working directly with principals, architects, and designers, as well as other members of a high performing business development team.

The role will suit a professional that thrives working on strategic and highly engaging bids, presentations, and capability statements, and that can also help manage client engagement initiatives and our professional memberships to ensure Warren and Mahoney is perfectly positioned to help our clients when tenders come to market.

This is a position of influence as a strategic partner and collaborator with Studio’s leadership team.

You will be responsible for:

• Working with the Studio Leadership Team to drive business development initiatives and focus in the Wellington studio

We are seeking a committed, enthusiastic and motivated Architectural Graduate to join our Wellington studio.

You will have an eye for design and demonstrate clear technical capabilities required to realise designs, including proficiency in Revit. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a vibrant culture that allows you to be self-driven, alongside senior leaders in the practice who will support you as you develop your career.

What experiences/skills you will have:

• A tertiary qualification in architecture
• 0-2 years’ work experience
• Creative, innovative and rigorous design thinking

About the role:

We seek a committed, enthusiastic, motivated Interior Designer or Interior Architect with 3+ years of professional post graduate experience join our Sydney Studio.

You will work alongside established design leaders who will encourage and support you to develop your craft and give you room to make an impact. Your ability and drive to learn, innovate and deliver will be honed through access to high-quality projects with ambitious clients.

You will be responsible for:

• Producing high-quality design work from concept phase through to completion
• Preparing presentations, material boards including digital presentations for clients
• Contributing to materials and FFE selections and sourcing and library organization
• Assisting the team across all aspects of the design process, including project initiation, conceptual design and technical delivery phases
• Maintaining and updating drawing files
• Ensuring project milestones and deadlines are met

What experiences/skills you will have:

• Bachelor of Architecture or Interior Architecture or Interior Design from an Australian University or recognised equivalent tertiary qualification
• Approximately 3+ years’ post graduate experience
• Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp and InDesign
• Workplace sector experience a bonus
• Flexibility to work across scale and discipline
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with clients, teams and stakeholders
• Self-motivated approach and positive outlook
