About the role:

We seek an experienced BIM Coordinator who would like to build and develop their career with our Advanced BIM Team working on exciting award-winning projects.

You will be responsible for:
  • Managing the BIM and 3D Revit coordination processes for multiple BIM projects
  • Coordinate project BIM deliverables, Revit design models and project documentation
  • Perform model audits, uncovering issues / potential building clashes and report to the project team leaders
  • Be the first port of call for BIM questions in the studio
  • Assist with studio training as directed by studio BIM Managers
  • Conduct onsite laser scanning, assist with modelling and conversion, and communicate relevant information with the project team
  • Effectively engage with project teams, clients, sub-contractors
  • Conduct research into the latest BIM, design, cloud and data technologies
What experiences/skills you will have:
  • 2+ year’s relevant experience
  • Experience in the use of BIM software - Revit, Navisworks, Revizto and ReCap and experience with Dynamo, AutoCAD and InDesign is ideal)
  • Experience with ftp sites and other methods of file transfer
  • Relevant co-ordination experience with secondary consultants
  • Experience in a formal QA process

About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Architect to join our team. Working closely with the Group Landscape Architecture Lead, you will work collaboratively with a highly engaged team to collectively develop and support the design and delivery of exceptional urban spaces and landscapes.

You will be challenged and supported to learn and develop as a landscape architect working alongside industry leading design professionals. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to be part of a newly formed team helping to create a better future through authentic, sustainable, ambitious and city shaping design.

What experience/skills you will have:
  • A Bachelor Degree (Hons) or Masters Degree in Landscape Architecture.
  • At least three years’ professional experience in Landscape Architecture.
  • Excellent graphic skills with experience in the use of a range of digital tools and techniques, including Adobe Creative Cloud, SketchUp, REVIT, as well as hand drawing.
  • A belief in collaboration and the value of diversity of experience in shaping authentic places.
  • A passion for the design of regenerative landscapes and the public realm
  • A creative and curious mindset with an ability to think both spatially and laterally.
  • Strong attention to detail and aptitude for the technical and technology
  • Experience in and understanding of how to take landscape and public realm projects from concept through to construction documentation.
  • Ability to manage a range of different tasks with agreed timelines.
  • A design led approach to problem-solving that seeks opportunity and innovation when challenged..
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

About the role:

We seek the fresh, valuable perspective of a talented, emerging interior designer to join our growing Sydney studio. You will work along established design leaders who will encourage and support you to develop your craft and give you room to make an impact.

Your ability and drive to learn, innovate and deliver will be honed through access to high-quality projects with ambitious clients.

You will have a passion for and strength in technical design with 3-5 years’ experience in small to medium scale Commercial & Workplace.

You will be responsible for:
  • Producing high-quality design work from concept phase through to completion.
  • Preparing presentations, material boards including digital presentations for clients.
  • Assisting the team as required with materials and FFE selections and sourcing and library organization
  • Assisting the team across all aspects of the design process, including project initiation, conceptual design and technical delivery phases.
  • Maintaining and updating drawing files and ensuring project milestones and deadlines are met.

What experiences/skills you will have:
  • Architectural / Interior design qualification or relevant experience.
  • 3-5 years’ experience.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
  • Strong creative skills.
  • Well-presented and personable with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong team skills and able to multi-task and juggle a changing workload.

We seek an enthusiastic and motivated Urban Designer who is looking to work with an award winning, multi-disciplinary team in Sydney

You will be responsible for:
  • Providing clients with site optimization options and contributing to strategic facility planning
  • Reviewing, understanding and articulating strategic and statutory requirements for urban design projects
  • Preparation of design reports and managing design support services for detailing and refining of design work in conformity with original design intent

What experiences/skills you will have:
  • A postgraduate qualification in Urban Design or Urban Planning with an undergraduate qualification in architecture, landscape architecture or planning, ideally with professional registration within one or more of these disciplines
  • 3+ years’ experience in urban design and related fields
  • A firm understanding of government strategy and policy as well as infrastructure and building systems
