Due to growth in our organisation, we are looking for an Associate Architect to join our Wellington studio. This is a key role and will overseeing projects and will make a meaningful impact on Wellington architecture.    

Successful candidates will have a tertiary qualification in architecture and be registered in either New Zealand or abroad. They will have a minimum of ten years’ relevant experience, be Revit proficient, and have strong design skills and experience managing projects through all phases. As we are a highly collaborative team, excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.

We are looking for a talented graduate to join our Auckland Visualisation team to create real time and VR scenes.  You will prepare and produce architectural experiences and computer-generated models based on preliminary concept designs, drawings and briefs.  You will be working or a broad range of exciting projects including; civic, commercial, residential and master planning work.

The successful candidate will ideally have:

  • A passion for visualisation
  • A relevant tertiary qualification such as a Bachelor of Architecture, Bachelor of Design, Bachelor of Product Design or Bachelor of Visual Design
  • Computer skills – understanding of 3D software; Photoshop / Adobe Creative Suite
  • 3D modelling / texturing/ lighting skills
  • Demonstrates understanding of context of market within which our practice operates
  • Desire to work closely with other artists to create real-time and VR scenes
  • A willingness to take part in constructive and positive discussions regarding artistic outputs
  • Some experience working with real-time engines.

We have a new role for a talented Visualiser to join either our Sydney or Melbourne studio. You will become part of a tight knit visualisation team working between studios. You will be working or a broad range of exciting projects including; civic, commercial, residential and master planning work.

The successful candidate will ideally have:

Essential Skills

  • Architectural qualification
  • Visualisation experience
  • Creative flair
  • Be able to produce high quality architectural images and animation
  • Excellent eye for design, art, composition, lighting, photography and imagery
  • Computer skills – excellent knowledge of Autodesk 3ds Max and an in-depth knowledge of VRay and or Corona, Photoshop / Adobe Creative Suite
  • At least five years’ industry experience
